1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration & Security

When you register an account on pp888, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

Account AccuracyAll registration details — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method information — must be accurate and kept up to date. pp888 may verify this information at any time, including through KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed.
Password ResponsibilityYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pp888 account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pp888 will never ask you to disclose your full password. Any suspected compromise of your account credentials must be reported to support immediately.
One Account Per PersonEach individual may hold only one registered account on pp888. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pp888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

pp888 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your pp888 account balance in BDT at the time of confirmed receipt. pp888 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose separate charges outside our control.

Deposit ConditionsAll deposits made to pp888 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source payment method belongs to another person — are not permitted and will be reversed. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds may apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Standard withdrawal processing times are typically within minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers, though processing times may extend during periods of high volume. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing.
Refused Transactionspp888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the transaction cannot be verified. In such cases, pp888 will notify the account holder and may require additional documentation before releasing funds.

pp888 does not convert currency. All transactions on the platform are denominated in BDT. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred at the level of their bank or mobile wallet provider when funding an account from a non-BDT source.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

pp888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers — are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated per promotion. Misuse of bonuses, including through collusion, pattern betting, or exploitation of technical errors, will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) as specified in the relevant promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Bonuses are credited to accounts in BDT and cannot be transferred to other accounts, exchanged for cash, or used for any purpose other than gameplay on pp888.
  • Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per shared IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
  • pp888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including for existing active bonus balances where fraud or Terms violation is suspected.
  • Free spins bonuses are valid only on the specific game(s) designated in the promotion and expire as stated per offer. Unused free spins are forfeited upon expiry.

5. Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pp888 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances, pending investigation. pp888 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where applicable.

  • Using the platform to launder money, fund illegal activities, or circumvent applicable financial regulations.
  • Colluding with other players, using bots or automated software, or engaging in any form of cheating, advantage play, or exploitation of game errors or malfunctions.
  • Registering or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses or circumventing restrictions applied to an existing account.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of pp888, including its games, payment systems, or security features.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the pp888 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphic design, text, trademarks, trade names, logos, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of pp888 or its licensors. Users of pp888 are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sublicence, resell, reproduce, or create derivative works from any pp888 content. Any unauthorised use of pp888 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, pp888 disclaims all liability arising from your use of the platform. The following limitations apply regardless of the legal basis of any claim — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

9. Termination & Suspension

pp888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pp888 determines in its sole discretion that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; (c) your continued use poses a risk to the platform, other users, or the integrity of pp888's operations; or (d) you are found to be ineligible to hold an account under Section 1 (Eligibility).

Upon account closure, any bonus balances are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances that have met all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player via the last registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and fraud screening. pp888 will not be liable for any losses arising from account suspension or closure where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms.

10. Amendments to These Terms

pp888 may amend these Terms at any time. Where the amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — pp888 will provide notice of the change via a visible notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered contact details. The notice period for material changes will be no less than seven (7) days before the change takes effect, except where immediate implementation is required for security or legal compliance reasons.
